Students from the Department of Fashion Design, Anjaneya University, conceptualized and designed Resin Reverie, an avant-garde fashion collection that reimagines the relationship between fashion, art, and material innovation. The project reflects the department’s emphasis on experimentation, craftsmanship, and contemporary design thinking.
Inspired by the luminous beauty of pearls, translucent textures, flowing water, and naturally weathered seashells, the collection explores the delicate balance between fluidity and structure through the innovative use of resin. Soft fabrics are transformed into sculptural silhouettes, creating garments that appear suspended in motion while celebrating elegance, transformation, and the timeless beauty of nature.
The collection was proudly showcased at the JD Design Awards, Mumbai, where the student designers represented Anjaneya University on a prestigious platform that celebrates creativity, innovation, and emerging talent in the field of design. Their participation reflects the department’s commitment to experiential learning, industry exposure, and fostering excellence in fashion education.
Resin Reverie stands as a testament to the students’ creativity, technical expertise, and artistic vision, demonstrating their ability to translate experimental concepts into wearable works of art while pushing the boundaries of contemporary fashion design.
